Toddler Language Stimulation Program

Toddler Speech and Language Programs

Our program offers specialized treatment for:

  • Toddlers 18 months to two and a half years who are non-verbal or have a limited vocabulary
  • Toddlers who have difficulty using words spontaneously or combining words

Our program includes:

  • Individual treatment sessions that focus on intensive speech and language stimulation for the non-verbal toddler
  • Play-oriented treatment sessions focusing on establishing imitative skills, building vocabulary and comprehension tasks
  • Group treatment sessions which focus on beginning socialization skills as well as carry-over of newly acquired language skills in a group setting
  • Direct parent training with weekly observation of individual treatment sessions
  • Parent conferences
  • A home program specifically designed to meet the child's needs

Scholarship funding is available for special group programs to families who qualify.
