Pre Handwriting Skills

This class is developmentally based preparation for developing readiness and pre-writing skills needed for kindergarten. The program is adapted from the Handwriting Without Tears program. The goal of the group is to develop foundational skills in the area of motor, sensory, social, cognitive and visual perception. Emphasis is placed on developing appropriate classroom behavior. Crayon skills, pre-strokes, shapes, letters and numbers are introduced.

• Completion of Registration Form
• Completion of Prescription Form from a physician
