With more than 6,000 births there in 2007, Beaumont Hospital knows a thing or two about babies.
Find out what they know about baby health, postpartum and parenting concerns at the seventh annual "Beaumont Baby Fair!" Festivities are scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., in the Beaumont South Tower Concourse, 3601 W. Thirteen Mile Road (west of Woodward Avenue), Royal Oak. Plenty of convenient, on-site parking is available at no charge.
Planned are mini-classes on: the benefits of breastfeeding; infant signing; dad caring for baby; adjusting to parenthood; relief of choking in children and infants; comfort measures in labor; and infant massage. Organizers will draw hourly for prizes.
