Childbirth Education HypnoBirthing®

This multi-session class teaches expectant mothers and their birth companions deep relaxation techniques for labor and birth. These techniques allow for a more comfortable, natural way of birthing. The birth process and early parenting will also be discussed. Classes are taught in small group settings to allow for individualized instruction. A Hypnobirthing® book and audio CD are included in the class fee.
