Childbirth Education Independent Study Program

This web-based program is self paced and consists of reading, video clips and supplemental PDF files which you may print and add to your personal library. This program offers general education and guidelines; it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. The material should be used in partnership with your healthcare provider to plan and prepare for yourbaby's birth. An important componet of this program is a one session skills class in which you meet with other expectant parents and a childbirth educator once the on-line independent study has been completed.
