Preparing for Breastfeeding

This one-session class on breastfeeding techniques and issues is for expectant mothers and fathers. Topics to be covered include the nutritional value of breast milk, anatomy of the breast, breastfeeding positions, advantages of breastfeeding, returning to work and dad's role in the nursing process.
